XC9572XL breadboard breakout

Sometimes I need a CPLD in a breadboard project. The old breakout board was large and cumbersome to use. The signal integrity was also poor and there was considerable ground bounce. This new board fixes all these problems and has a 50MHz oscillator on board.

Here is the board inserted in a breadboard.

Bottom side, all the decoupling capacitors are there. The caps are in 0402 size.
